Robert VanWinkle

Robert VanWinkle, 80, of Hilliard, passed away Friday at Mt. Carmel West. He was a WWII Army Veteran stationed in Korea, member of Hilliard United Methodist Church and former owner of Bob’s Auto Service in Hilliard. Preceded in death by parents, Ralph and Lois VanWinkle, sister, Elizabeth Gulick, and brother, Richard VanWinkle. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Betty, children, Steve (Beth) VanWinkle, Ron (Sue) VanWinkle, Patty (Gary) Beery and Bev McCoy, grandchildren, Bruce VanWinkle, Renee Patterson, Kim and Mike VanWinkle, Krista Fairchild, Kylynn Willett, Jared Beery, Angie, Rob, and Jessie Parks, 7 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends. Friends may call 2-5pm on Sunday at The Tidd Funeral Home 5265 Norwich Street Hilliard where a funeral service will be held Monday at 1pm with Pastor Casey Wilson officiating.
