Robert Waters, age 75, of Columbus, passed away, Tuesday, June 16, 2009. Fondly remembered as past manager of Tom Tarpy’s Market in Upper Arlington. Army Veteran. Member of Masonic Lodge, Shriners, past president of Jaycees and also Northwest Kiwanis. Preceded in death by wife Sally A. Waters. Survived by daughter April Waters, brother Harold Lee “Jerry” Waters, nieces and nephews and their families, Marsha (Worthington) Edwards, husband Roger, children Jordan and Emily Edwards, Jeff Worthington, children Trey, Trenton, Crystal, Angie (Worthington) Osborne, husband Damon, children Cameron and Boston Osborne, Jay Bonar, wife Ronda, children Kyle and Katelynn Bonar, Scott Waters, wife Cheryl, son Jacob and a host of relatives and friends. Family will receive friends 2-3 pm Saturday at the TIDD FUNERAL HOME WITH CREMATORY, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH; where a Celebration of Life service will follow at 3 pm Saturday.
