Roger Moose

Roger D. Moose, age 64, of Galloway, passed away Wednesday, August 26, 2009. Retired from the State of Ohio and also worked with the City of Columbus. Member U.S.B.C/ Greater Columbus Men’s Bowling Association for 35 years; where he was past President, board member and inducted into their Hall of Fame. Member and past President of Ohio Inter-City Bowling Association and Grove City Elks Club. Preceded in death by parents Fred M. and Hazel Moose, brothers Russell G. Moose and Fred (Beanie) Moose, and sister Bertha Link. Survived by loving wife of 35 years LaWanda, daughter Nadia (Shawn) Dollison, son Dale Roger Moose, brother Leroy (Peg) Moose, sisters Nora Tolbert, Pauline Ruby and June Abel, grandchildren Carter Ryan Dollison, Gavin Reid Dollison, Payton Riley Dollison, and Kyle Allen Moose and numerous loving relatives and friends. Family will receive friends 5-8 PM Friday at the TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026; where funeral service will be held 10 AM Saturday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or American Diabetes of Central Ohio. Interment Alton Cemetery.
