Roger Vowell

Roger Jeffery Vowell age 72 of Dublin, Ohio died on 6/18/2023 at his home following a long battle with Parkinson's disease. Roger was born on October 08, 1950 to James Vowell and Mary Janice Vowell (Hagy). Preceded in death by his brother Allen Vowell. He is survived by his two brothers Jim Vowell and Ernie Vowell.

He was a graduate of Jonathan Alder High School, The Ohio State University and Ohio Northern University. He devoted his life to his career of helping others first as a teacher and later a pharmacist. He was also an avid reader and a master carpenter.

Roger was a devoted husband who was married to his best friend Camilla Vowell for 25 wonderful years.

Roger adored his children, grandchildren, friends and many more people whose life he touched. He was always being goofy and silly to make everyone laugh.   He was a devoted buckeye even when a few of his kids grew up to be Michigan fans!

In Lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be sent to National Church Hospice care 1-800-388-2151 ask for hospice to make a donation. Or a donation to Parkinson research.

A celebration of life will be privately held at a later date.
