Ronald Wallace

Ronald L. Wallace, 62, of Hilliard, OH went to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 29th, 2024. Born on November 18th, 1961 to Lawrence and Lorena (Flannery) Wallace in Salem, Ohio, Ron graduated from West Branch High School in 1979 and married his high school sweetheart Jodi Dalessandro in 1981. Ron spent his entire career in the construction industry, most recently as Senior Vice President at George J. Igel & Co., Inc., where he worked for 24 years. Ron served his community as a member on multiple local boards and was a long-time member of the Hilliard Church of Christ where he served as a deacon. He enjoyed fishing, vintage cars, and sports, but above all else his greatest joy came from spending time with his family.

Ron was a devoted husband, father, and papa. He was preceded in death by his parents and his older brother Jerry. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Jodi, his brother Thomas (Patty) Wallace, sons Brandon (Anna) Wallace, Brent (Jastyn) Wallace, grandchildren Connor, Kate, Christian, and Abby, his aunt Jackie Moretz, and many nieces and nephews.

There will be viewings on Thursday, September 5th from 6pm - 8pm and Friday, September 6th from 2pm - 3pm at Hilliard Church of Christ, 4300 Avery Rd., Hilliard OH. Funeral service will be at 3pm on Friday, September 6th. Friends and family are invited to a meal after the service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Hilliard Church of Christ or the Tunnel to Towers foundation in his name.
