Rose Horn

Rose E. Horn, age 89, widow of Harry M. Horn, long-time Hilliard resident, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 14, 2012 at her daughter’s home. Retired from K-Mart and member of Briggs Road Baptist Church. Preceded in death by husband Roy D. Weltner; former husband and father of her children, John S. Forgoress; parents, Clifford and Lucile Brown; infant son, David; brothers, Roger, Ed, Tom and Rodney Brown; and sisters, Ruth Fetters, Rozene and Roberta Brown. Survived by daughters, Judith L. Miller and Jane L. Shinn; sister, Rita E. Wright; grandchildren, Ryan S. (Jodie) Miller, Matthew T. (Sarah) Miller, and Gabriel L. (Tracy) Shinn; great-grandchildren, Jacob, Avery Rose , and Emma Miller, and Grayson and Parker Shinn. She is also survived by step-children, Karen (Ron) Grady, Bob (Pam) Horn, Junior (Gracie) Horn and their families; along with numerous nieces, nephews, loving relatives, and friends. Family will receive friends Sunday from 2-5 PM at THE TIDD FUNERAL HOME 5265 Norwich St. Hilliard, OH 43026 where a funeral service will be held Monday at 10 AM. Interment Dew Cemetery, Corning, OH.
