Ruby L. Vogel, age 78, passed away, Monday, November 16, 2009. Member of St. Brendan the Navigator Catholic Church. Ruby was a LPN. Preceded in death by husband William R. Vogel 2006, parents Walter and Ellie (Inscoe) Collie, brothers Horace and Bud Collie. Survived by son Rick (Lori) Vogel of Hilliard, brother Bernice (Margery) Wester of Rocky Mount, NC, sister Florine (Doug) Cho of CA, and granddaughters Christie and Stephanie Vogel. There will be no services.
