Ruth Rhoades

Ruth (Ford) Rhoades, age 97, of Columbus, passed away Tuesday, February 26, 2008. Preceded in death by husband Joseph H. Rhoades, parents Curtis and Martha (McCoy) Ford, 3 brothers and 3 sisters. Survived by children William (Janet) Rhoades and Kathleen Chambers, grandchildren Joseph (Diane) Chambers, William Chambers, Sue (Lee) Brown, Amy (Jeffrey) Whetzel, and Andrew Rhoades, great grandchildren Marissa Lemon, Julie Chambers, Laura Chambers, Eric and Ryan Chambers, Lucie and Thomas Whetzel and special friend David Reisling and many nieces, nephews, and friends. She will be missed by many who loved her. Friends may call 4-8 pm Friday at the TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard; where funeral service will be held 10 am Saturday.
