Sam Tornik

Dr. Sam Tornik, age 73, of Hilliard, passed away on Sunday, November 25, 2018. Sam was a Chiropractor in Hilliard, Plain City and numerous other communities.  He had many accomplishments in his professional and civic life; however he was most proud of his children and grandchildren. Preceded in death by parents George and Irene Tornik, brothers John, Nick and Dan, sisters Mary and Helen. Survived by loving wife of 46 years Shirley, sons George Tornik of Hilliard and Dr. Steven (Erica) Tornik of Hilliard, sister Lula Mandornis of Urbana, grandchildren Sam, Cece, Nadia, Eva, Elena, and Samantha, numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends. Family will receive friends 6-8 pm Tuesday at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026. Mass of Christian burial will be held 11 am Wednesday at St. Brendan the Navigator Catholic Church, 4475 Dublin Rd., Hilliard, OH 43026. Interment Jerome Cemetery.
