Samantha Ann Thomas

Samantha Ann Thomas, 14 weeks, passed away on June 21, 2010. Survived by mother Roberta (Wilkowski) Thomas, father Jerad Thomas, grandparents Gery and Rita Wilkowski, Marc and Kathy Thomas, aunts and uncles, Paul (Edye) Wilkowski, Ben (Michele) Wilkowski, Kurt (Jessi) Thomas and Karly Thomas and cousin Moorea Wilkowski as well as many loved extended family members and friends. Family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 pm Thursday at the TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026; where a private family service will be held on Friday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Children’s’ Hospital Foundation, Attn: Clare Ward, 700 Children’s Dr. Columbus, OH 43205.
