Samuel Spradlin

Samuel Scott Spradlin , age 63, of Pataskala, Ohio, passed away October 8, 2016. Sam was a Hilliard High School graduate and graduated from Morehead State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. He retired from General Motors Corporation and was a member of Avery Masonic Lodge No. 493. Preceded in death by his father John Scott Spradlin. Survived by his mother, Irene Spradlin; loving wife of 35 years Karen; and a host of loving relatives and friends.
