Shirley J. Dine

Shirley Jean Dine, age 71, of Hilliard, Ohio, passed away on February 11, 2021. Shirley was born on May 25, 1949, to the late Bob and Mary Lea Hegemier in St. Marys, Ohio.  She is survived by her loving husband Mark.  Growing from high school sweethearts, their marriage and commitment to family over the past 52 years brought numerous joys and adventures to include six children: Jeff Dine, Tracy (Steve) Intihar, Ray (Jenny) Dine, Adam (Melissa) Dine, Pete Dine, Rian (Eric) Hassen; and eleven grandchildren, Cooper, Zane, Elizabeth, Sam, Catherine, Isabella, Grant, Jackson, Carter, Drew and James.  Shirley treasured her time with her siblings and extended family. She is survived by two brothers, Gary Hegemier and Jim Hegemier, and three sisters, Sharon Sullivan, Joan Smith, and Gloria Morrison, along with numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins. She also cherished her friendship and lifelong support from her St. Marys “card club” friends. Shirley dedicated her life to her family and her faith. Visitation for Shirley will be held 4:00-7:00p.m. THURSDAY at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich Street, Hilliard, OH 43026 (614)-876-1722 where a Prayer Vigil will be held at 6:30p.m.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:30a.m. FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 19, 2021 at ST. BRENDAN THE NAVIGATOR CATHOLIC CHURCH, 4475 Dublin Road, Hilliard, OH 43026 with Father Frank Brown, Celebrant.
