Steven Paul Ray, 59 of Galloway, Ohio, passed away on Monday, April 15th, 2024. Steve was born in Springfield, Ohio, on July 25th, 1964. He is proceeded in death by his father, Jerry Ray.
He is survived by his wife Kim Ray of 35 years, his mother Josephine Ray and his two children and their spouses, Kelly (Ryan) Ayers and Cameron (Martha) Ray and his three step kids Andy, Nicole and Jennifer Stormont. Steve also had the privilege of having five grandson's, Lincoln, Tanner, Jameson, Callahan, and Finley, who affectionately called him Pawpaw.
He was a beloved brother to his siblings, Mike, Carol, and Jeff and was considered the fun uncle to all his nieces.
Steve had numerous passions, including being an avid fisherman, an Ohio State Buckeye fan, Cincinnati Reds fan, as well as riding his motorcycle and coaching. He had coached his children for over 30 years and was able to coach his oldest grandson's baseball team for years. He was the true epitome of family first, no matter what. Steve had the best sense of humor and outgoing personality, he was able to make everyone in the room laugh.
A celebration of life will be held for Steve on Saturday, April 27th, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Tidd Funeral Home, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, Ohio, 43026.
