Susan Seidle

Susan Seidle, age 59, of Columbus, passed away July 19, 2011. She worked at Mt. Carmel West for 35 years in patient care and labor delivery. Preceded in death by parents Katherine E. Johnson and John Robert Temple, Sr., brother John Robert Temple, Jr. and stepfather Lloyd (Jack) Lynch, Jr. Survived by children Tabitha (Steven) McCluskey, Christina (Scott) Cunningham and Dawnelle Seidle, brother Edward J. Temple, Jr., sister Betty L. Springer, best friend Diane Whitaker, grandchildren Alexandria, Mitchell, Michael and Taylor, numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and a host of good friends. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Central Ohio Diabetes Association, 1100 Dennison Ave., Columbus, OH 43201. Family will receive friends 1-3 pm and 5-7 pm Saturday at the TIDD FUNERAL HOME WITH CREMATORY, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026; where a funeral service will follow at 7pm Saturday.
