Thomas Craft

Thomas W. Craft, 1934 - 2019, age 84 of Columbus, Ohio. Joined his wife of 60 years, Myrna, in heaven, on February 22, 2019. Tom served for over 30 years with the Columbus Division of Police and retired in 1991 at the rank of Sergeant. He then entered a second career with Dublin City Schools, where he proudly received numerous awards during his 17-year tenure. To say he was an avid Notre Dame fan would not do him justice. He lived in Notre Dame attire and could talk about his Irish all day. He was Catholic in faith, and belonged to St. Brendan’s Parrish. His faith was important to him. He is survived by daughters, Colleen Rapier (Scott), Terri Russell (Keith), and Laurie Whiting. Sons, William Craft and Richard Craft.  In addition to his children, Tom leaves behind 6 grandchildren, Jenny, Bill, Austin, Jeremy, Brock and Ariel, and 7 great-grandchildren. He will be deeply missed by his family. The family held private services. Celebration of life at a later date.
