Thomas Henry Davison, age 80, passed away Thursday, December 8, 2016 at Kobacker House, Columbus, Ohio. He was born on February 15, 1936. He grew up in Boardman, Ohio and his parents were Alfred and Alice (Leroy) Davison. After his graduation from Boardman High School, he joined the Air Force in March 1955 and served four years. After basic training, he was stationed in Denver, Colorado where he served at photographic repair school. He was honorably discharged in 1959. As a civilian, he first worked for Erie Railroad for 11 years. He moved to Columbus, Ohio in 1962 and worked for Western Electric, eventually becoming a supervisor. Tom then changed careers, and began working for Grace Brethren Church where he was a supervisor in the janitorial department for 11 years. Tom became a business owner with Trimax Janitorial Services for 9 years. Tom was a member of Grace Polaris Church and devoted his life to Jesus. Tom is survived by wife Eileen, sister Peggy Gibson, brother Barney Davison, children Gayle (Bruce) Sinclair, William (Susan) Davison, Sharyn (John) Hallden, Gary Young (Carolyn Summers) and April (Mark) Herbster, grandchildren Rebekah, Rachel, Josh (Amy) and David Sinclair, Bobby and Katie Davison, Scott (Eva) Young, Hannah and Andrew Herbster and great grandchild Aiden Young. Family will receive friends Tuesday, December 13, 2016 10-11 am at Grace Polaris Church (Worship Center), 8225 Worthington-Galena Rd., Westerville, OH 43081; where funeral service will follow at 11 am. Interment 10:30 am Wednesday at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Rd., Rittman, OH 44270.
