Thomas Kutzer

Thomas Kutzer, age 52, of Columbus, passed away Monday, December 15, 2008. He enjoyed photography, cooking and his pets Neo and Tinker. Preceded in death by brother James Kutzer. Survived by mother Patricia Kutzer, father Thomas (Virginia) Kutzer and Kathy to whom he was married for over 30 years. He is also survived by sister Kathleen (David) Nagoda, nieces Jessica and Melissa Pollis, and a host of friends at Chemical Abstracts Service. Friends may call 6-7 pm Thursday at the TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard; where a memorial service will follow at 7pm Thursday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to House of Hope, 825 Dennison Ave. Columbus, OH 43215. Tom struggled with and finally succumbed to alcoholism because he felt he could over come alcoholism on his own. It is Kathy’s fervent hope that anyone silently struggling with this terrible disease reach out for assistance. This disease cannot be treated in isolation and there is love, hope and help for anyone who seeks it.
