Timothy Lynn Hays, age 54 of Frankfort died December 21, 2009 at his residence.
He was born November 10, 1955 in Munich, Germany. Tim was a 1974 graduate of Miami Trace High School.
Survived by his parents, Roger and Doris (Brown) Hays of Washington C.H.; daughters, Holly Christine Hays of Washington C.H., Teri Lynn Hays of Wilmington; sons, Paul David Hays and Jacob Allen Hays, both of Washington C.H., and Levi Joseph Lynn Hays of Circleville; 6 grandchildren; Phillip Matthew and Brandon Lee Scaff, Rebecca Lynn and Heidi Nicole Hays, Jacob Allen, Jr and Kaylynn Danielle Hays; brother, Anthony L. Hays of Bainebridge; sister, Jeri Lynn (Lou) Jones of Leesburg; numerous cousins, aunts & uncles.
A Private family graveside service was held in Madison Mills Cemetery on Thursday, January 7, 2010. Rev. Chris Johns of the Madison Mills United Methodist Church officiated. In keeping with his wishes, cremation was requested. The family was served by the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME in Mt. Sterling, OH.
