Trev A. McCoy

Trev McCoy, age 62, of Whitehall, OH, passed away suddenly on Friday, June 1, 2018. A Whitehall native, he was a graduate of Whitehall-Yearling High School, Class of 1974. He owned his own floor covering business, McCoy’s Flooring, for over 35 years. Later, Trev was a professional wrestler with the WCW under the professional name T.A. McCoy. When he retired from wrestling, he started McCoy’s Trucking Company and later worked for Landair Trucking. Trev was an avid fisherman and lover of animals, especially his dogs Scooter and Petie. He was preceded in death by his father Ira A. McCoy, Jr. and his uncle Ken. Trev is survived by his wife Julie, mother Phyllis McCoy, sister and brother-in-law Leslie and Jerry, nieces Kristanne and Elizabeth Loraine, great-niece Gillianne Taylor Leigh, aunts and uncles Jim and Erma, Mary, and Trig and Paula, cousins Debbie and Scott and their girls, Kenny Buck and his family, Roger Scott, Vanessa and Pete and their family and Tom and Diane and their family.
