Tyler James Shafley

Tyler James Shafley, age 22, of Plain City, passed away suddenly on his motorcycle June 11, 2007 doing what he loved most. Preceded in death by grandfathers James M. Shafley and papa Joe. Survived by loving parents Jim and Elaine Masten Shafley of Plain City, twin brother Justin (Britney Wolf) and brother Cole Shafley, sisters Tiffany and Morgan Shafley, nephew Logan (fondly L-G to his uncle Tyler), grandparents Jeanette LaVerne Shafley of Hilliard, Mary (Sonny) DeBoard, of Hilliard, Ralph (Brenda Newhart) Masten of Columbus, many loving aunts, uncles and cousins. Tyler would want us to also pay tribute to the many friends he valued and loved. Friends and family may call 5-8 pm Wednesday at the TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard. Funeral service will be held 11 am Thursday at Hilliard Presbyterian Church, 3600 Leap Rd., Hilliard, with visitation one hour prior to the time of service. Rev. Jim Browne officiating.
