Vickie Tipton

Vickie Lynn Tipton, age 64, of Columbus, OH, was delivered "home" to heaven on June 7, 2019.  She was born on July 13, 1954 in Columbus, OH.  Vickie was a loving wife and mother, who dedicated the majority of her life as a homemaker.  She is preceded in death by her mother Bertha Goldfarb, step-father Gerald Goldfarb, brothers Tim and Tony Markin (Lucy), grandchildren James and Joshua Tipton.  Vickie is survived by her father Thomas Markin, husband Robert "Bob" Tipton, Jr., children Jay Tipton (Heather), Eric Tipton (Carla), Angie Parker (Chad), siblings Connie Cain (Bob), Teresa Hopkins, Tina Battle, Mark Markin, Tommy Markin, Tonya Jones, Mel Markin, Julie Griffith Long, uncle Johnny Williams (Mary Kay), 16 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and friends.  Special thanks to all of the doctors, nurses, aides and administrative staff at First Community Village, for the love, care and attention given to Vickie.  Funeral services will be held at 10 am on Monday, June 17, 2019 at the Tidd Family Funeral Home, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026.  Committal service will immediately follow at Reber Hill Cemetery, 16810 Winchester Rd., Ashville, OH 43103.
