Vincent Varela, age 91, of Dublin, passed away Sunday, January 13, 2008. Member of Hilliard Presbyterian Church where he served on numerous committees. Preceded in death by parents and brother. Survived by loving wife of 61 years Elizabeth Varela, son Richard (Lee) Varela, grandchildren Lauren Herrera, Nicholas Varela, Ashley Varela, Marisa Varela and great grandchild Ian Vanderkolk. Family will receive friends
10:30 – 11:30 am Thursday at the Hilliard Presbyterian Church, 3600 Leap Rd., Hilliard; where a memorial service will be held 11:30 am Thursday with Rev. Jim Browne officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Hilliard Presbyterian Church or Meals on Wheels. Arrangements completed by the TIDD FUNERAL HOME WITH CREMATORY, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard. Please deliver all flowers to the church.
