Virginia Holsinger

Virginia E. Holsinger, age 86, of Hilliard, passed away August 27, 2013. Graduate of Newport High School, Newport Indiana Class of 1945 and attended Indiana State University. Member of Hilliard United Methodist Church, Order Eastern Star Chapter 23, Daughters of the Nile and American Field Service Hilliard chapter. Preceded in death by parents Victor and Ellen Asbury, brothers Joe, Sid and David Asbury and sister Norma Asbury Parkhurst. Survived by loving husband of 68 years Howard, children David (Maureen) Holsinger, Benjamin (Carol) Holsinger and Klaus Peter (Elke) Schroeder, sister Anna Lou Asbury Fultz, grandchildren Jennifer Noch, Wesley (Lyndsey) Holsinger, Melissa (Tracy) Kidwell, E. Cameron Holsinger, Tim (Shimona) Schroeder and Lisa (Wolfgang) Eckert, great grandchildren Alexandra, Connor, Mason, Cooper, Hudson, Harrison and Zara, numerous loving relatives and friends. Family will receive friends Tuesday, September 3, 2013 6-8 pm at the TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026; where funeral service will be held 10 am Wednesday, September 4, 2013. Interment Wesley Chapel Cemetery.
