William Mathews

William “Bill” Edward Mathews, age 53, of Hilliard, passed away September 14, 2010. Employed with the Kroger Company for 27 years. Preceded in death by grandparents Alonzo William and Ina Bell Starcher. Survived by loving wife of 27 years Dawn, children Tyler and Jessica Mathews, parents William and Pauline Mathews, father and mother-in-law Don and Donna Laycox, first expected grandchild Peyton Elizabeth, brother Mike (Trina) Mathews, nephew Mitch Mathews, sister-in-law Debi (Jack) Carothers, brother-in-law Dirk Laycox and many loving relatives and friends. Family will receive friends 5-7:30 pm Friday at the TIDD FUNERAL HOME WITH CREMATORY; where a funeral service will follow at 7:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association, 1950 Arlingate Lane, Columbus, OH 43228.
