William C. Ramey

William C. Ramey, age 80, of Hilliard, Ohio, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 3, 2017 at Dublin Methodist Hospital. A Certified Mechanic and Shop Manager at King Trucking for many years, Bill was a retired truck driver for Waste Management after many more years of service. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of nearly 61 years, Susie Ramey, who passed this past May, his parents Andrew and Annie Ramey, his daughter-in-law Deb Ramey, his grandsons Harold Carpenter and Darrick Legg, his granddaughter Kristina Milstead, his sister Dottie Collins and his brothers Harold, Jay and Buck Ramey. Bill is survived by his children Linda and John Montgomery of Lucasville, OH, Bill Ramey of Hilliard, Brenda and Bob Carpenter of Hilliard, Steve Ramey of Hilliard and Lucy and Jerry Duffer of Galloway, OH. His 27 grandchildren, 49 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren also survive as well as his brother Jimmy Ramey of Columbus, sister-in-law Darlene Ramey of Columbus, the many loved ones of the King Family, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, and his very dear and special friends Jerry and Kathy Church. Bill and his family are long-time members of Amity Enterprise Baptist Church.
