Winifred Ferguson

Winifred H. Ferguson, age 92, passed away Sunday April 13, 2014. She was born August 18, 1921.

Wyn is survived by her loving husband of 65 years Russell, children Debbie (Matt) Cox, Tom (Betty Blau) Ferguson, Carol (Greg) Godec and Janice (Pat) Blubaugh. Grandchildren Spencer (Pua), James (Amber), Meredith (Pat), Jackie (Kevin), Joel (Kelsey), Nick, Leslie, Scott and 5 great grand children. Siblings Ruth Pekar of Florida and Bernard Jeffers of Ohio and many nieces and nephews.

Wyn is preceded in death by her parents Albert E. and Jesse (Hoops) and Ruby Jeffers; sisters Wanda, Wilma, Naida and brother Jim. Also, son Matthew.

Mom was a home-maker, she loved gardening vegetables and flowers, and walking. Also, we loved her homemade bakery. She was very loving and supportive.

Family will receive friends 4 – 8 pm, Tuesday, April 15 at Tidd Family Funeral Home, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 16 at 10:30 am at Tidd Funeral Home.
