Woodrow Daniels

Woodrow Daniels, age 83, of Hilliard, passed away Wednesday, April 12, 2017. He was a former employee of Federal Glass, Columbus, Ohio from 1956-1970, former owner of Daniels Certified Service Station on Norwich and Cemetery Rd. from 1966-1971, former owner of Woody’s Marathon Service Station from 1971-1985, former owner of Woody’s Garage and Towing from 1983-2004, and former owner and founder of Woody’s Towing. He attended Northwest Bible Church and was a former member of Hilliard Moose Lodge #2236. Preceded in death by parents Charlie and Julia Daniels, sister Mary Ellen, brothers William Luther Daniels, Grover Gary Daniels and Harrison Daniels, and son Phillip. Survived by loving wife of 19 years Mae, children Jim, Gary, Larry, Pam, Mike, Karen, Fred, Tina, Theresa and Tina, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, best friend A.L. Davis, along with numerous relatives and a host of friends. Family will receive friends Monday 4-8 pm at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026. Funeral service will be held 12pm Tuesday at Northwest Bible Church, 6639 Scioto Darby Creek Rd, Hilliard, OH 43026 with visitation from 10am until time of service. Interment Dublin Cemetery.
